The Punjab Dhee Rani Program, launched by CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, is a government initiative designed to help financially disadvantaged families by organizing collective marriage ceremonies for deserving girls in Punjab. The program aims to ease the financial burden of weddings by providing essential gifts and monetary support to brides, enabling them to begin their married life with dignity.

- Generous Wedding Gifts: Each bride receives household items valued at PKR 206,000, including the Holy Quran, prayer mat, a wooden double bed with mattress, mirror, dinner set, and other necessities.
- Cash Assistance: Brides also get a cash gift of PKR 100,000, delivered through an ATM card to support their initial expenses.
- Mass Wedding Events: The program facilitates collective weddings for approximately 3,000 needy girls across Punjab under government supervision to maintain transparency and fairness.
Eligibility Requirements:
- The bride should belong to one of these categories: destitute girls, orphans, persons with disabilities (PWD), or daughters of PWDs.
- Age must be between 18 and 40 years.
- Applications can be submitted by the bride, her parents, or legal guardians.
- The applicant must be domiciled in Punjab.
- An affidavit confirming the bride is unmarried and consents to participate in the collective marriage ceremony is mandatory.
- In case of excess applications, selection will be made via electronic balloting.
