- Should be currently studying at a government-recognized university or college within Punjab.
- Must be a regular student in a BS, BSc, B.Com, MS, M.Phil, or PhD program

- Students of Technical and Vocational institutes may also be considered
- Private university students are not eligible
- Only students with valid CNIC or B-Form can apply
