The Honhaar Scholarship Program 2025 is a fully funded initiative by the Government of Punjab, Pakistan, aimed at supporting talented and deserving students from low-income families. This scholarship covers full tuition fees and other academic expenses, enabling students to pursue higher education without financial burdens.

Eligibility Criteria
- Domicile: Be a resident of Pakistan.
- Age Limit: Be under 22 years of age (23 for MBBS/BDS students).
- Academic Enrollment: Be enrolled in the 3rd to 8th semester of BS programs or the 2nd to 5th year of MBBS/BDS in selected public sector institutions.
- Academic Performance:
- Medical and Dental Colleges: Minimum 80% marks.
- Top Universities: Minimum 80% marks.
- Public Sector Universities: Minimum 75% for Sciences and 70% for Arts and Social Sciences.
- Higher Education Department Colleges: Minimum 65% for Sciences and 60% for Arts & Social Sciences.
- Family Income: Monthly family income should be less than PKR 300,000, supported by an affidavit.

- Proof of enrollment in the existing educational program.

- Passport-sized photograph.
