CM Punjab Free Laptop Scheme 2025 – Eligibility Criteria and How to Apply

The Punjab Government has introduced the CM Punjab Free Laptop Scheme 2025 under the Honhaar Scholarship Program to support students in their education and promote digital literacy across the province.

Laptop Distribution Plan:

A total of 100,000 laptops will be distributed.

• University Students – 20,000 laptops
• College Students – 14,000 laptops
• Technical & Agricultural Students – 4,000 laptops
• Medical & Dental Students – 2,000 laptops

Special Quota:

32% of laptops are reserved for South Punjab students to ensure regional equity.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Academic Requirements:
   • University/College Students: At least 65% marks in annual exams or 70% GPA in the semester system.
   • Technical & Agricultural Students: Must be in recognized government programs.
   • Medical & Dental Students: Must study in a government institution.
2. Age Limit:
   • Candidates must be under 22 years old at the time of application.
3. Income Limit:
   • Family income must be below Rs. 300,000 per month.
   • An income affidavit is required for proof.
