- Matric and Intermediate students (top performers) from government organizations
- Students with at least 60% marks or a CGPA of 2.5 and above
- Must be regular (not private) students
- Domicile of Punjab province
Not Eligible:
- Students from private institutions
- Students who have already obtained a laptop in an earlier scheme
- Students with academic or disciplinary issues
