BISP Opens Online Student Enrollment via Waseela-e-Taleem App – Apply Now
The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has officially launched the Waseela-e-Taleem App, allowing students from deserving families to register for free education support online. This is a big step toward making education accessible to children from low-income households across Pakistan.
What is the Waseela-e-Taleem Program?
Waseela-e-Taleem (WeT) is a conditional cash transfer program under BISP that encourages poor families to send their children to school. It provides financial incentives to help cover the basic costs of education, such as uniforms, books, and stationery.
Main Objective:
To reduce dropout rates and increase school enrollment among children aged 4 to 22 years from low-income families.
New Update: Online Registration via Mobile App
To facilitate the method, BISP has established a mobile application called the Waseela-e-Taleem App. Now, parents or guardians can register their children for the education stipend without visiting the office.
Who Can Register?
You are eligible if:
- You are officially listed as a beneficiary of the BISP Kafalat Scheme.
- You have children aged 4–22 years enrolled in school
- Your child’s school is recognized by the government or private sector
- You are willing to send your child to school with at least 70% attendance

How to Use the Waseela-e-Taleem App for Registration
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Download the App:
- Go to the Google Play Store
- Search for “Waseela-e-Taleem Digital App”
- Install the app on your Android phone
- Create an Account:
- Open the app and tap on “New Registration”
- Enter the mother’s CNIC (must be a BISP beneficiary)
- Create a password and log in
- Add Student Details:
- Enter each child’s:
- Name
- B-form number (child’s CNIC)
- Date of birth
- School name and class
- School EMIS code (provided by the school)
- Enter each child’s:
- Upload Documents:
- Upload a clear picture of the kid’s B-form
- Upload a school certificate or ID card
- Add a recent student photo
- Submit the Application:
- Review all entered information
- Tap “Submit”
- You will obtain a confirmation note once submitted successfully
- Wait for Verification:
- BISP will verify school enrollment and attendance
- If eligible, you’ll receive a message when the stipend is credited.
